    I am looking for a plugin that’ll allow users to login and be able to upload files (and remove them if necessary)- each user can only access their files; not during registration, but after users log in they go to their profile page where can upload/download and see what files are listed.

    Furthermore, the admin should be able to download the users’ submission and be able to upload files to specific users if necessary; is this plugin capable of that sort of functionality?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Profile Builder Hobbyist has Extra Fields Types and one of them is the Upload field. You can use this field inside the Registration or Edit Profile form to let your users upload files.

    You, the Admin, can view and access the profiles of all your users and download their uploaded files.

    My suggestion would be to test these functionalities on our demo install.
