# Ads missing user-provided data

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the plugin, is great, but I have a issue.
    When I test with Tag Assistant
   seems the GTM pass the enhanced conversion value (email), but Ads missing this
   user-provided data. “…enhanced conversions weren’t processed… because no CSS 
   selector or Javascript variable for user-provided data was found, or you didn’t
   provide user-provided data during setup” Theses instructions were used to setup

   but i am getting this error when I try to save that code “Error at line 3, character
   1: Parse error. Character ‘“’ (U+201C) is not a valid identifier start char ”
 * at the same time is not clear if this variable I should use on email and phone
   selection on conversion side.

 * Unknown variable name
    Java-Email Unknown variable “customerBillingPhone” found
   in another variable. Edit the variable and remove the reference to the unknown
   variable. Unknown variable name Java-Email Unknown variable “customerBillingEmail”
   found in another variable. Edit the variable and remove the reference to the 
   unknown variable.
