# Ads Still Displaying After Cancelling Jetpack Premium

 * Even though I cancelled Jetpack Premium, Word Ads still display. Manual placements
   went away after removing the shortcodes, however, auto generated ads, like in
   the header and page bottom, are still there. I searched everywhere in settings,
   and nothing pertaining to ads is there! Contacting Jetpack directly about it 
   is reserved only for paid subscribers.
 * Any ideas? I have another website with the same issue.

   be responsible for the trouble here.
 * Can you please try clearing any caches on your site or server? You may want to
   contact your host to see if they can help with the server-side caching.
