Yes, with AWPCP you can post ads without having users register for accounts on your site. This can attract spam to your site, and we recommend admin approval at the minimum, or required users to register to reduce it. But yes, we support it.
2) free version accepts paid ads ???
Yes, the free version of AWPCP allows you to accept paid ads via PayPal, 2Checkout or Authorize.net. We also support Stripe via a premium module as well.

I believe you contacted us via email with the same question but I’ll put the answer here for future reference:
Currently, AWPCP supports PayPal, Authorize.net, and 2Checkout. We don’t yet have compatibility with the site-specific gateway you are using. However, if you have the development skills, you could use a gateway that comes with the plugin to model a new one that would support that.
