# Advanced card processing does not work

 * When on the Checkout page using the Checkout Block, the credit card fields for
   Advanced Card Processing never show.
 * When using the Checkout shortcode, the card fields show but when you go to place
   the order, it just spins indefinitely.
 * No errors ever get recorded when debugging is enabled.

 * It will be helpful if you could share your current System Status Report. You 
   can get it by navigating to the `WooCommerce / Status` section of your site. 
   Once there, click on the `Get system report` button and then copy it by clicking
   on the `Copy for support` button.
 * You can do this by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy
   for support. You can either attach it directly or provide it via our secure [PrivateBin](https://privatebin.inpsyde.com/).

 * Please let us know if the problem persists when using the release candidate version
   2.9.5-rc1. You can download it here: [PayPal Payments 2.9.5-rc1](https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/releases/tag/2.9.5-rc1)
 * Make sure to test it on both the block and classic checkout. We expect this version
   should resolve the issue, especially on the classic checkout.
