# Advanced Custom Types Missing?

 * Not sure if this is just because it’s the latest update and this was a change
   made, but I dont have Advanced Custom Type as an option in the dropdown to create
   a pod. I have the latest version of pods. Was this intentional?

 * Pods Admin > Components > Enable Advanced Content Types
 * They are now optional, as we recommend people to use Custom Post Types instead
   as it fits the most common needs.

 * Cool, yeah just found it. Yeah it looks like they will suit my needs anyway, 
   but good to know where it is if I want it back 🙂
