Affiliate programs aren’t a core function of the WooCommerce plugin. It is most likely that you are using a plugin for that.
If you are referring to the Affiliate Program for WooCommerce plugin, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

It could be that emails ended up in your spam or marketing folders. Can you check there?
If you’re still not getting emails from us can you share the ticket ID and a link to the plugin you’re using so we can be sure it’s actually a paid extension from the marketplace?

I have put in a 4th ticket. Ticket ID: 4570 .. I do get all of the replies. This has been going on since December 15th. I have heard nothing and have paid $149 for this plugin. horrible support!!!!
