Affiliate marketing plugin

I am looking for a plugin that is preferably free for now, that will allow me to sign up “affiliates or partner programs”

1. We are an alarm company and we are looking for fairly simple way to keep track of our “affiliates” Marketing Reps” etc..

2. The way this works is really quite simple, anytime an affiliate sends a customer to us they will make money if the clients takes one of our free alarms systems. Now there are really 2 different types of affiliates we are looking for.

A) Referral partners; that would be when you give us the lead, we sell the deal and the “affiliate makes a fixed commission” Commission can range from 150-400 bucks depending on several factors. Volume, cost of the monthly service the Homeowner (client) pays. Etc

B) Would be more of an “Independent Marketing Consultant” That would be for the affiliate that is going to learn how to sell our systems and wants to make anywhere from 200-600 per sale.

We were looking into using an MLM software to do this but i was thinking it might end up being too complicated. If anyone can help me out with some suggestions i would really appreciate it.

If possible we would like to find software that allows an “affiliate” or “IMO” Independent marketing organization” to get a replicated website when the join.
