# After password reset I can’t login using new or old passwords

 * I tried to reset password and everything went well. After password reset, I tried
   to login using new password and it is not working, then I tried old password,
   and still same, not working. I tried this many times and i didn’t succeed to 
   login. Can you please help me to figure out the issue?
