After Update, Plugin Not Working

    Oops, my bad! I ran into a PHP 5.4 compatibility error when updating the plugin and made a quick fix. The quick fix caused non-variation fees to not be added. This has been resolved with version 1.1.1.

    Also in version 1.1.1, fees with the same name are added together. I was waiting to see if this was something WooCommerce core would be adding, but it will not be, so I added it to the plugin.
