Hi, I was looking for a while, asking the theme creator and nothing. My problem is when I want to create a new page, or new property (in case of my theme) and the permalink, the featured image, all (except name) is filled with a previous info. We disabled all plugins, upload a clean theme version, and the problem is still there. Anyone knows what can be the problem? Thanks!

  • Hi @digitalland1,
are you using some browser add-on which auto fills forms?

No, I don´t. And, I entered to other wordpress sites that we create and everything is fine.

Can you please provide some screenshot of the page? (with the URL visible)

Have you tried clearing your browser’s history. Sounds like the browser is just caching your forms.

We disabled all plugins, upload a clean theme version, and the problem is still there.

    Then try:
Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. If you are using SiteLock, manage your caching there.
Flushing Managed host caches. Managed WP hosting often has special caches. If your host has a “Purge Varnish” or “Flush Memcache” tool, try that. You can ask your provider to flush memcache and Varnish for you if necessary.

Thanks to all, the problem was in database, so we created a new one and load the site again and the problem was corrected
