# Age Gate Endless Loading

 * Hi Phil!
 * I tested Age Gate 3.0.9 on my staging site. After updating from v2, neither “
   Yes” nor “No” buttons result in any action. Age Gate is stuck on the loading 
   animation. Refreshing the page will not clear Age Gate.
 * I tried deactivating WP Rocket, and changing to the JS mode.
 * Any guidance? I could send access credentials to the staging site front end if
   its helpful

 * If there’s a link to the staging that’d be great and I’ll happily see if I can
   work it out. For obvious reasons though we can’t take any sort of credentials
   over these forums.
