# Agent auto-assignment

 * Hello, Im looking for disable the agent auto-assigment. I just want to assign
   all the tickets to the default agent (set in plugin general settings). At the
   moment, the ticket is assigned to the person who created it.
 * I tried adding **define( ‘WPAS_DISABLE_AUTO_ASSIGN’, true )** but didn’t work.
 * I appreciate your help!

 * Thank you for reaching out. That does sound unusual, as the creator cannot be
   an agent. Could you please confirm your current versions of Awesome Support, 
   PHP, and WordPress?
 * You can set the default assignee by navigating to:
   Tickets > Settings > General
   > General Admin and Agent Options > Default Assignee
 * Please check this setting, and if the issue persists, let us know. We’re here
