# Agent: Not using Redirection

 * Hi, I believe I am having a common issue.
    It’s perhaps not an error but it displays
   a problem with finding a 200 response instead of the rediret:
 * Expected: 301 to /de-de/
 * Found: 200
 * Agent: Not using Redirection
 * redirect is set as follows:
 * source:/de-de/uhren-magazin/
    target:/de-de/
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fagent-not-using-redirection-3%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Without knowing the full details it’s hard to say, but is the site cached in 
   anyway? Does the source match the URL you want to redirect?

   work except this one in particular

 * Ok, but is your site cached in anyway? Can you provide a screenshot of the redirect
   settings, and a full URL to test?

 * site is not using caching (besides wprocket for some files). I cleare that cache,
   server as well and still same result, it says the redirect is not being used.
   
   It was the hosting provider who asked me to contact th redirect support. Also,
   the full redirect specs are here:
 * source URL: /de-de/uhren-magazin/
    Query parameters: Ignore all parameters MAch:
   URL only When matched: Redirect to URL with HTTP code 301 – Moved permanently
   Target URL: /de-de/ Position: 4887
 * and the full url that should work is:
 * [http://www.montredo.com/de-de/uhren-magazin/](http://www.montredo.com/de-de/uhren-magazin/)

 * So you seem to have quite a lot of redirects. Is there any other redirect that
   may be blocking this one working? Do you have other plugins that could interfere?
 * If you say that your other redirects are working but this one isn’t then the 
   most likely causes are:
    – something somewhere is cached and you are seeing the
   cached version of the page – the redirect isn’t matching. Maybe there is an accent
   on one of the characters – something else is interfering with the plugin so it
   can’t perform the redirect
 * I note you are using WP Engine and that often does cache things. When you use
   a redirect that works, does it show up in the redirect logs?

 * yes, normally all redirects show up, and work, this is so far the only one where
   the redirect is not being taken into account.
    another plugin creating redirects
   is yoast, but when i try and test the redirect on redirect testing sites, i cannot
   see any, just the common notice that the page was found with code 200

 * Sure, the built-in redirect checker will work exactly the same as any other similar
   service.
 * Can you export your redirects as JSON and send them to me? Details on the plugin
   support page
