# Agent Only Fields

 * I’ve added a couple of agent only fields. However, inside an individual ticket
   I do not see them anywhere. Where are they supposed to be?

 * The agentonly fields will be visible in Agentonly Fields widget. If the widget
   is not visible then please go to Support > Settings > Open Ticket Widget and 
   edit “Agentonly Fields” widget and allow visibility to your role.
