# Agent – Reply & Close & Close button.

 * Sometimes you need to close a ticket as you are replying to a waste of time ticket,
   please add a button that is reply & close. Would also be nice to have a close
   button, instead of having to go into “Status” and close it. too many clicks.

 * Thank you for your suggestion. We will be discussing this with our team. If they
   approve the suggestion it will be added in a future version of the plugin.
 * The close button already preset in the action bar in an open ticket.
