    Hi there,

    We have fixed most of features in free version, please update the plugin and check back. Agent setting is now moved to backend only.

    I have the pro version – and there is no way to add an agent

    Hi there,

    Please note pro version support is not allowed here but as you are asking basic feature which is available in free version as well we can respond you here!

    Agent can be added from WordPress users page with Support Agent role. Also if you want to change any user related things like email, name etc, you can do it from here only!
