Hi,

I have problem with editing appearance of elements. When I want to add image, f.e. to embed, I receive an AJAX error.
When I go into the section Embed, I receive error from screen https://imgur.com/oCobMIo. Going deeper (f.e. in the Newsletter element) there are more errors https://imgur.com/mJiRCes and after trying to upload photo https://imgur.com/a/eU3zbr3.

What happens and how to fix it?

Hello @mateuszokla ,

I’m sorry about this issue with our plugin.

This might be a conflict with another plugin or theme used on the site. Can you first run a conflict test to exclude that possibility? Follow the steps from the flowchart:

I mad this. This is conflict with Vestige theme. Could you help me resolve this problem?

Hi @mateuszokla,

I’m afraid that Vestige is a premium theme that we don’t have access to, and since the issue is gone with default WP theme this is something you would need to discuss with your theme developers.
