Alborz issue

First of all, I have to thank you for this wonderful plugin.
i use your plugin for creating any kind of chart but in one chart i have problem. when i create a geo chart with iran location Province withcode IR-32 dosent show any information. all Provinces work well exept Alborz. please give me some information about how i can resolve this problem
