This is not a current feature of the plugin, and at this point this feature has not been slated for development.

my thumbnails are not being displayed properly. the code that is being generated is s144-c-0. this is what i want: s144-c. how can i get the code to display 50 pixel square thumbnails?

This should have been posted in a new thread.
However, someone else started a new thread related to this issue, and the problem has been resolved in version 2.2.4.
