Alidropship products

    When you place an order on my site for products imported with Alidropship, you select the product and input your address. It doesn’t allow you to checkout because of the shipping error below. My understanding is that it would be shipped through aliexpress.

    There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    Hi,

    No, on Checkout page in WooCommerce site, shipping is managed by WooCommerce. Please go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping, manage shipping in WooCommerce there. You can see this guide.

    Then, when customers add their shipping information on your site, these info will be fulfilled automatically to Aliexpress’s orders by our plugin after you click “To Order” in backend.
