Alignment of posts overview

Hi!

I would like the posts to be aligned on the blog page (see the link). Is there a way to do this? I already use equal sized featured images, but this does not solve my issue.

It would be very nice if all post previews could have the same height. I have already been trying simple things out in css, but the positioning of the elements does not work out because they are spaced absolute and not relative. This causes the elements to overlap when I set a fixed height of e.g. 750px to the elements.
