 * Hey,
 * i had a few forms running on my blog and now they vanished. Since i didnt changed
   anything it is very weird. The classes are on display:none !important and don’t
   have any content.
 * Please help!

 * I have the same problem,
    I put the shortcode on a post or a page and the form
   not appear on the front-end.
 * But if i put the shortcode on a post and preview the page the form appear.
 * I do not know what is going on, would you mind to help me out, please.
 * The version is 2.1.4
