 * The plugin looks great, one major need for this type of plugin is for WP Job 
   Manager – you can only select users one by one now… you need to be able to select
   say (all subscribers.)

   other users know it works well with WP Job Manager?

 * Its something that should be incorporated, – it does notify for a new job listing
   but you have to select users… it needs to notify when any user adds a new post.–

    if you incorporated some of their paid features into your plugin, then 
   as you perfect you can charge a little less and you would have a really good 
   plugin.
