hi dear
i need allow all user submit ticket from frontend
and is now jus “support user” roles can submit ticket

Yes you can do this by using this plugin
I have used it and bought pro version also and it works perfectly
Here is the free version below. With this all users can do all help desk work on frontend itself

Hi @irani20,

If you need to allow other Awesome Support roles to submit tickets in the front end, you could disable the edit_ticket capability, but they won’t be able to access to the back end. You could also try the plugin recommended by @dnivrave, but we haven’t tested this with Awesome Support.
