I have the same problem (false positives) for my relatives in Belgium and France.
I would like to allow just USA, Canada, Belgium, France and German registrations.

I had to deactivate Stop Spammers until I get this figured out…

I would also like an allow list for countries. It would be very helpfull.
Unfortunately I do not have a GitHub account, and I do not plan on having one anytime soon (GH scares me…), so please be aware of this request from people that do not understand GH.

You don’t need to understand git technology or even be tech-savvy at all to use GitHub Issues. Registration and usage is just as easy as your registration and usage here in the WordPress forum.
