# Allow question mark – problem

 * Hello,
    This is a great plugin. I need to add a question mark before the post
   URL. When I add it to the “%postname%” setting, everything works fine, however
   I use the URL setting “%category%/%postname%” without the “category” base slug.
   Unfortunately, the plugin does not work correctly using the “%category%/%postname%”
   setting. The URL displays the category page instead of the post page.
 * It works
    website/?=example post-title website/?-example-post-title
 * Did not work
    website/cars/?=example post-title website/portrait/?-example-post-
   title
 * What should I do, to make it work? I will be very grateful for your help in this
   matter.

 * How are you creating these Permalinks?
 * Are these Categories or Pages? What settings have you made in the Settings Page?

 * Hi Sami,
    Thank you for your reply. I change the address in posts. Everything
   works when the permalink settings are /%postname%. When I add /%category% /%postname%/
   or /%category%/%postname% – the changed URL in the post with question mark does
   not work. Displays the category page instead of post.
 * I changed the settings in the wordpress plugin and permalink settings (together
   and separately). I had to turn off the plugin and look for another solution.
