 * Thanks for a great plugin. We usually set up development-stage “live” sites up
   with it and have run into situations where we’d like add new users through the
   regular activation process, but the plugin kills /wp-activate.php links as well.
 * Do you think this is a legit concern?
 * Would you take a patch to allow activations through or do you think it’s something
   cheap enough you could take care of?
