# Alt text validation error

 * This is a great simple plugin but unfortunately when I run the website through
   [http://validator.w3.org/](http://validator.w3.org/) I get an error saying ‘Attribute
   alt not allowed on element a at this point.’ It highlights what I have put in
   bold.

 * I have now removed the alt attribute from the A-tag and its released as version
   2.7.
