# Alternative Path

 * We are hosting on Pantheon and received the following message from them:
 * > The only writable path in live is wp-content/uploads, so those permissions 
   > can’t be changed as it’s considered part of the code base for security. Similarly,
   > the wp-content/uploads is writable by the web daemon but PHP code can’t be 
   > executed. Usually setting an alternative path in the plug-in settings is possible
 * however, this plugin seems to have `/wp-content/cache` –
 * We would like a way to override this default path to something like `/wp-content/
   uploads/cache` so we can make it compatible with our hosting provider. Is this
   something that can be added? Or is it a feature I missed? Thanks
