 * Great functionality but slow and ridiculous support.
    The money back guarantee
   is exhausted in that the developer insults us by assuming that we want to steal
   the code. No response after four days of enforcing claim of money back guarantee.
   Paypal issue escalated to claim to resolve the communication problem.

 * First of all, the review you have posted is not for this product. Second, please
   do not interpret things in wrong way. No one has said that you are stealing this
   code. We had asked you that if your intention is to get plugin file and no update
   then we were clarifying that you would get proper support and updates for PRO
   plugin’s yearly cost.
 * With regards to refund, you should have just told us and we honor that. There
   was no need to open any paypal dispute and we have none the less updated the 
   dispute from our end to refund the purchase.

 * My plan was purchasing lifetime version after I asked for full refund.
 * You replied:
    “…And we do hope that **what you are saying is true** because ours
   is a plugin which is a downloadable software, we do hope that y**our purchase
   was ethical and it was not for just getting the downloaded plugin zip**…”
 * I just told you refund the software, and you didn’t responded, because my email“
   went to spam folder”… So I asked PayPal to decide the issue after two weeks.
