AMAZING Support

I just recently downloaded Eli’s plugin to clean an ongoing issue I’ve been having (and that my host was unable or unwilling to fix). Eli’s plugin quickly analyzed my site and fixed multiple issues (that I didn’t even know existed!), however it did create a conflict with my server host (500 internal server error). Since I was unable to figure out how to correct this issue, I emailed Eli direct and he quickly responded (within 1 hour!), and stated he would dig into the issue so he can help me, as well as ensure his plugin would not exhibit the same issue for other users.
Eli quickly corrected my issue (within 24 hours), and in doing so, further strengthened his tool for all of you! I will definitely be donating to his cause — this plugin is a very good tool, but more importantly, it’s backed by a GREAT developer. Cheers! Joe
