# AMP plugin affected theme

 * AMP plugin is affecting theme on finchannel.com . It suddenly disappears or appears.
   please suggest fix

 * Thank you for contacting us, Your issue might be related to incompatible plugins
   or themes.
 * The AMP plugin uses a strict [AMP specification](https://amp.dev/documentation/guides-and-tutorials/learn/spec/amphtml/)
   and [validation rules](https://amp.dev/documentation/guides-and-tutorials/learn/validation-workflow/validate_amp/?format=websites)
 * If your plugins or theme add invalid markup to the page the AMP plugin will remove
   those invalid markups to create a valid AMP page.
 * AMP page validation is important for the AMP cache to get listed by Google Search
   Console. Invalid AMP pages won’t get listed.
 * **What you can do?**
 * **Plugins: If your plugin is not AMP compatible**
    1) Contact the plugin author
   and ask them to make their plugin AMP compatible.
 * 2) Look for the alternative plugin that is AMP compatible You can check on our
   AMP [ecosystem page](https://amp-wp.org/ecosystem/).
 * 3) Look for a [mini plugin or extension](https://amp-wp.org/documentation/extending-amp-compatibility-extensions-and-mini-plugins/)
   which can fix AMP validation issues.
 * 4) Consider adding an exception to the page where your feature is more important
   than AMP validation.
 * **Themes:**
    1) Contact the Theme developer and ask them to make the theme AMP
   compatible
 * 2) Look for an alternative theme on the AMP [ecosystem page](https://amp-wp.org/ecosystem/).
 * 3) Consider switching to the Reader Mode theme and using another theme for just
   AMP pages. which means your primary theme will be the same and will be served
   on non-AMP pages but your AMP pages will be served from AMP-compatible themes
   such as Astra or Neve
