 * Hi there.
 * I’ve install AMP plugin for WP into my multisite production website and I receive
   the topic title message when I try to acces to the AMP settings page (the page
   loads for a pair of minutes and then I get the error).

 * I heve the same plugin working fine at our develope server, with the same plugins
   running. But something is escaping me.
 * I would be very grateful if you could help us with this problem, we have opted
   for your plugin due to its great versatility and it would be a real shame to
   lose so much work invested to have AMP technology on our website. We have even
   integrated advertising and made a great customization of functionalities. You
   can see an example of our developing site here: [https://saposyprincesas.org/centros-educativos/centros-escuales/highlands-school-barcelona/?amp](https://saposyprincesas.org/centros-educativos/centros-escuales/highlands-school-barcelona/?amp)
   or here: [https://saposyprincesas.org/actividades-ninos/](https://saposyprincesas.org/actividades-ninos/)

 * Hope you can help us with this issue, thank you in advance for your time and
   quick response.
 * Regards.
    Carlos

 * Hello [@milindmore22](https://wordpress.org/support/users/milindmore22/)
 * So I must understand that REST API have to be activated for AMP working properly,
   isn’t it? The key is that REST is deactivated at our develope enviroment ([https://saposyprincesas.org/wp-json/](https://saposyprincesas.org/wp-json/))
   and there AMP is working fine (where AMP is failing is at [https://saposyprincesas.elmundo.es/](https://saposyprincesas.elmundo.es/),
   our production site).
 * I have no problem on activate and setup the REST API but I want to do it if it
   is necesary.
 * Thank you for your support.

 * Hello [@gengeru](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gengeru/)
 * It’s one of the factors that need to function the AMP plugin properly, additionally
   please check the health and troubleshooting plugin.
 * To narrow down further, could you use the [Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   and enable [its troubleshooting mode](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting).
   This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely since
   it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
 * – Please [enable the AMP plugin](https://jmp.sh/Zc5YLI9) and let me know if the
   issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode
   may help pinpoint if something else is involved. – Note you can [disable troubleshooting mode](https://jmp.sh/uErQi8t)
   from the plugins page.

 * [@gengeru](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gengeru/) As we didn’t receive
   a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a [new support topic](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/amp/#new-post)
   if you require any further assistance.
