# AMP Theme Compatability

 * Those themes are just the standard ones that come with WordPress.
 * How can we know if AMP is compatible with any given theme in advance, rather 
   than risk installing it and potentially breaking a site?

 * We’re going to be expanding that list of themes in the coming months. But in 
   the mean time, the best way to test is to do so on a staging site. Otherwise,
   if you are in Classic mode and want to preview how a page will render in Native/
   Paired AMP, you can go to a non-AMP URL and just add `?amp_validate` to the URL
   while being logged-in, and you can see how it will look.

 * One of the great things about WordPress, from my perspective at least, is that
   even total non coders can build and maintain pretty cool sites.
 * The downside of that is that unfortunately I only understood your first sentence,
   which is kind of ironic!
