    Hi
I would very much need a plugin that could insert in-site cross-links automatically in my posts.
I’m building a WP site about Italy, where lots of different local places will be described. If let’s say Firenze is mentioned in some pages, it should be possible to click Firenze to jump to Firenze’s main post.
I’ve searched but can’t find it. Any suggestions, please?

    Thanks,
    Kjetil Flekkoy

What I need might eventually be a Related posts or Cross reference plugin.
I just haven’t found the perfect one, where I could set up a list of “link words” where link word 1 (eg Firenze) will be automatically recognized and linked to one special post (about Firenze). Ideally it should both link words inside each post’s text and provide a lists of its “findings” at the bottom om the post – but either one would be very useful.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions,
    Kjetil

Have a look at this plug in :

    http://blogmechanics.net/plugin-bm_keywordlink/

It should do pretty much exactly what you are looking for, I hope.

I have the same problem for a travel website I am developing so I have cleaned up the code and have published it.

You can enter keyword-link pairs, and the plug-in will automatically add a link to the keywords in all of your posts.

    This looks… !!!
In combination with either Related posts or Cross-references (we’ll see which) I’ll get both the automatic links in the text and a list of related posts underneath.
    Perfect!
    Thanks a lot,
    Kjetil
