Hello, since migrating form my staging to production site, the forminator form stopped working.
I verified the settings, cloned the form and tried the steps mentioned here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/form-error-on-submission-but-still-receiving-email/#post-11287990
Since I followed the steps there, instead of the error message, I get a critical server error. Do you have any idea how I could fix this?

Hi @o2go

Sorry to hear you are having this issue,

A critical error returns a log on the debug mode.

Could you please enable the debug mode following this guide:
https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

Retake the process, the same issue will return, but this time check the wp-content folder for a debug.log file.

Download it, upload on Google drive and share the link.

I assume it is because I downgraded form your Membership to the free version.
Currently I have installed the free forminator plugin.

Hi @o2go,

Thanks for providing this information.

The Form should continue to work even in the free version. Did you have any custom code added to your form before? Please try re-creating the form(not copying it) and using it on the page https://jhdd.eu/datenschutz/ to check if the issue persists. It may be possible an old field is not properly saving on DB.
