# [an error occurred while processing this directive] problem!

 * Hi everyone
 * I have a problem with my wordpress installation… in admin page and in homepage
   the browser show only the following message:
 * `[an error occurred while processing this directive]`
    I think that the problem
   is caused by the interaction of the VirtualTheme and WPtouch plugins. I have 
   searched on the net this solutions:

 * … but I don’t understand!
 * 1) I have chequed the .htaccess fiile and only show the wordpress variables.
   
   2) In MySql Admin panel I have deactivate all pluhgins with setting **a:0:{}**
   in the _active\_plugin_ table.
 * The problem persist!
