# Analytics

 * Analytics Reports are awesome, but i dont know why sometimes when I try to generate
   the **PRODUCTS **report the report just does not show.
 * The circle keeps turning and no report is generated.
 * I have been able to generate it sometimes, but I can not recall a special condition
   when that happened.
 * Any advise????

 * If I understand correctly, you are experiencing an intermittent issue when sometimes
   the product reports won’t generate. It would just keep loading (spinning circle),
   but no report is generated.
 * Are you seeing any Javascript console errors on this page when it happens? If
   you haven’t yet had a chance to check, then I would recommend you try replicate
   the issue again, but this time with the console open, to see if there are any
   clues in there as to what is happening.

 * Additionally, are you seeing any errors in your fatal-error log, found under “
   WooCommerce > Status > Logs” page that might give us a clue as to what happens?

 * The problem is inconsistent…..
    Today the dashboard allowed me to generate the“
   product report” but NOT the “income report”.
 * There is no visible Java error, the console remains the same with both reports(
   the one that can be issued and the one that can NOT be issued).
 * The fatal-error log sisnt show any relevant info either.
 * It is strange but real.
 * Please help

 * Sorry for the delay in response.
 * If you are still seeing this issue occur, I would suggest checking the server
   logs to see if it might have to do with the server resources (especially if your
   site is on a shared hosting environment).
