Analytics has never populated sales data

I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you know orders exist but Analytics is still not reflecting any sales data.
Thanks for outlining what you’ve already tried that rules out several common causes.
To help us narrow this down further, I’d like to confirm a few things and gather a bit more information:
- Are you seeing a zero value for sales in the Analytics reports?
- Please go to WooCommerce → Analytics → Overview and share a full screenshot of what you’re seeing there (including the date range).
A couple of additional questions:
- When did this issue first start appearing?
- Was Analytics working correctly before, or has it never shown sales data?
- Since you’ve already tried importing historical data, did you import it based on the order creation date (rather than another date option)?
Also, WooCommerce relies on a background system called Action Scheduler to sync Analytics data. If those actions haven’t completed, reports may stay empty:
- Please go to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions
- Check if there are any actions with a “Pending” status
- If you see pending actions, try running them manually and let us know the result
Finally, please share any fatal error logs that might be related:
- Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs
- If you find any fatal errors, copy them to https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share the link here
Once we have this information, we’ll be in a much better position to pinpoint why Analytics isn’t populating sales data and guide you on the next steps.

2. I have NEVER seen statistics on my account.
3. Historical data: set to import based on DATE PAID
4. In the SCHEDULED ACTIONS page, there are many items. Not sure what would be helpful to share.
5. DID try manually running pending items – several show SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTED, but the overall number does not change.
6. No FATAL ERRORS showing in LOGS.

Thank you for providing more information about the issue. To assist you further, could you please share a screenshot of the pending tasks that are still showing as Pending, even after you’ve tried running them manually?
Additionally, could you confirm one more detail: when you tried to import the historical data, did the import process complete successfully, or did it stop or fail at any point?
To troubleshoot this further, we recommend testing on a staging site. You can create one using a staging plugin of your choice. Once the staging site is ready, please follow these steps:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
- Install the WooCommerce Analytics plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-analytics/ - Clear the Analytics cache again.
- Re-run the historical data import and check whether the issue still occurs.
I’m suggesting this because I’ve tested this on my own site and the sales reports are appearing correctly, which indicates that a plugin conflict or custom code on your site may be causing the issue.
