 * I have static assets set to cache for 1 year. Will this cause problems, or is
analytics.js renamed every time there is an update? (I noticed it was renamed
automatically to a random looking string)

 * No, that’s fine in most cases. The analytics.js library isn’t renamed on each
update, but if Google adds new features to the library, backwards compatibility
   is usually worked in.
 * At this point I would expect analytics.js to receive many updates anymore, since
Google is focussing heavily on Gtag v4.
