# Analytics Orders Report

 * Hi,
 * I wanted to download the orders report from Analytics but it states report will
   be email to me.
    I search my emails, I did not receive any report. Where can 
   i get the report?

 * When it comes to email, WooCommerce uses the default `wp_mail()` function. There
   are two major things that can happen wrong with emails:
 * 1. **Your emails aren’t sent.** In order to check if this is the case, please
   install [WP Mail Logging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/) and
   activate it. This will add a section to your side menu in your WordPress admin
   that lists all emails that are sent out. Please go through the process again 
   and check if the expected email is sent.
    2. **Your emails are sent but do not
   arrive.** This can in most cases be fixed by sending your emails via another 
   server. You can read more about this in this [document about frequently asked questions regarding emails](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/).
