 * Hi team
 * We’ve recently migrated a website with a little bit over 13k orders to a new
   server.
 * It all went well and looking good apart from the Analytics tab, in particular
   the overview tab. I can see the correct data in WooCommerce -> Reports but not
   all showing in Analytics -> Overview.
 * I’ve done some research and everything points to the Import historical data under
   Analytics -> Settings.
 * We ran the import but nothing has changed. Also, it looks that it may stop at
   11k out of 13k orders, then when trying to resume the import it simply doesn’t
   progress. Could it be a server-side issue? I can’t see anything in the logs.
 * Is there any other approach to this?

 * Hi there [@johnback9](https://wordpress.org/support/users/johnback9/) 👋
 * Thank you for contacting Woo support, and for your patience! We are experiencing
   an unusually high volume of support requests at the moment, and that has affected
   our response times.

 * I understand that, after migrating your store to a new server, you are noticing
   that some data are missing in the Analytics screen.

 * Did you already try with importing data in smaller increments – perhaps each
   year or quarter separately? The “skip previously imported customers and orders”
   control allows for overlapping date ranges to be imported without unnecessary
   data processing.
 * The related [documentation can be found linked here](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-historical-data).
 * I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions
   or concerns.
