 * I love the look and ease of use of the Analytics reports, but I am having serious
   issues with the accuracy of the data. I noticed it because I’ve been having difficulty
   pulling tax revenue reports (that ticket opened separately).
 * As I was troubleshooting, I started comparing the Analytics tax report to the
   Woocommerce>Reports>Taxes report to see if I could figure out where the error
   was, and discovered much bigger issues throughout the entire Analytics reporting
   structure. The numbers do not match on a regular basis. There are inconsistencies
   between the reports with the tax amount, the number of orders, Net Sales, etc.
   There are inconsistencies between Analytics and Woocommerce>Reports, but also
   within different Analytics reports (eg: See “Total Tax” below).
 * I have no idea which (f any) reports are accurate, and it’s causing me quite
   a bit of stress since we’re coming up on tax time. You can see from the different
   report examples below that the numbers are different all around – there doesn’t
   seem to be any consistency. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 * **Examples**
    Report: Analytics>Orders Orders 1493, Net Sales $44,739.10,
 * Report: Analytics>Taxes
    Orders 663, Total Tax $1637.37
 * Report: Analytics>Revenue
    Total Tax $3271.46, Net Sales $44,739.10
 * Report: Woocommerce>Reports>Orders
    Orders 1493, Net Sales $44,887.10
 * Report: Woocommerce>Reports>Taxes
    Total Tax: $3279.35, Orders 1215
 * Note: I am using Jetpack to automatically calculate sales tax. I also use the
   Point of Sale plugin for Woocommerce for our brick & mortar store.

 * Hi [@rebeccaolson](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rebeccaolson/)
 * Thanks for reaching out. Could you try deleting all previously imported orders
   from Analytics > Settings:
 * [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-progress](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-progress)
 * Then reimport all order data from the same page after the deletion process has
   completed? This will ensure all data is present.
 * As for the differences between each report type, this is expected since each
   account for its own report type. Depending on which report you’re viewing, taxes
   or refunds may be omitted to given details about that specific report. The details
   for each report can be found here:
 * [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics)
 * Apart from that, we have seen customizations or plugins that add to WooCommerce
   features or a product’s price conflict with these reports. So, you’ll want to
   review installed plugins to see if any adjusted or discounted products/orders
   and reach out to that plugin’s developers to see if there are any conflicts with
   compatibility.

 * Another thing,
 * It may be helpful to view a smaller range of dates or even a single day to compare
   with the orders under WooCommerce > Orders to help make sense of the data.
