 * I am trying to use my existing analytics tag, in the documentation it says to
   use the content html/php setting.
 * I entered the code but I get a yellow box on the screen with no message and on
   the side it says error but I don’t know what the error is.
 * I tried to enter as JS setting too and had the same issue.
 * Sometimes I got a weird 403 forbidden message on screen which I get rid of with
   a refresh.
 * I am testing this and using the same code from codesnippets plugin.
 * The css code snippet works fine.

 * Hello [@tthefurmanuk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tthefurmanuk/),
 * Apologize for the delay in responding. Regarding the analytics tags, could you
   please share the analytics code (if possible to share with us) and **screenshots**
   of the error you’re encountering, as well as the “**_Snippet Type_**” you’re
   using: [https://prnt.sc/T1R8GqFhB-F5](https://prnt.sc/T1R8GqFhB-F5?)? This will
   allow me to further investigate and offer the appropriate assistance.
 * For the 403 forbidden, it indicates that the server understood the request but
   refuses to **_authorize it_**. This can happen for various reasons, including
   incorrect file permissions, misconfigured Nginx settings, or insufficient authentication
   scopes when interacting with Snippets file.
 * **_In this case_**,  please contact your server support portal to resolving a`
   <strong><em>403 Forbidden</em></strong>` error involves checking and correcting
   server configurations, ensuring proper authentication scopes and permissions,**
   _verifying API enablements_**, and managing environment variables and dependencies**
   _accurately_**. Hopefully, they might help you in this matter.
 * Let me know the update.
 * Thank you.
