 * I am working with a friend on a website with the Site Kit plugin installed. When
   he views Analytics it relates to the website as expected. When I view Analytics
   it relates to a previous website. Help to resolve this would be much appreciated.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fanalytics-two-versions%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Thanks for reaching out. That does sounds unusual, although hopefully we can
   determine the cause. If you’d like to share the following we can inspect your
   setup:
    1. Your [Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). You can [use this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred.
    2. Are you looking into this site with two separate WordPress administrator accounts?
       If so do you recall setting up Site Kit individually from each account?
    3. When you mention the data is from another site did you have Site Kit setup on
       another site previously, did you switch domains or did you setup Site Kit on
       a staging site at some stage?
 * Once we have the above we can provide some troubleshooting suggestions to ensure
   the plugin is working as expected.

 * Thanks for this James
 * I had to stop using my first website: S1 because of a trademark conflict. Site
   kit had been used on this.
 * My second site, S2 was built on the first one. Brynn, my friend added the Site
   kit plugin to the second site and it works fine for him.
    In my case it has reverted
   back to the old site, S1, which is still an ‘active’ domain and Site 2 is an ‘
   add’ on domain.
 * I am apprehensive about deactivating S1 (which may lead to unintended consequences!).
   Brynn and I use the same WordPress login credentials but we are in separate places
   and use Zoom for website development.
 * If a solution comes to mind do please let me know. If not I will settle for Brynn
   doing the Google Analytics monitoring. Thanks.

 * Thanks for the update. If you’re looking to display data on site 2 which was
   created or cloned from site 1 then you can [reset the plugin](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j4v4vwqlqhuJBWzlcc9GX6fgjVh6en1j/view?usp=sharing)
   on site 2 before setting up the plugin once more _(Site Kit > Settings > Admin
   Settings > Reset Site Kit)_. This will result in you having to connect each module
   once more, and all previous WordPress administrators will need to to setup the
   plugin. In your case it soiunds like your using the same WordPress admin login
   so this shouldn’t be an issue.
 * Let me know how you get on after attempting the above.

 * [@drivinghome](https://wordpress.org/support/users/drivinghome/) Just following
   up with you to check whether you’ve been able to setup the plugin as preferred,
   following the steps above?

 * [@drivinghome](https://wordpress.org/support/users/drivinghome/) As we haven’t
   received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a [new support topic](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-site-kit/#new-post)
   if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to
   assist. Thank you!
