Anchoring not working on a post

I’m trying to link a product on a table to the detailed description of the product below on the same post. Anchoring doesn’t seem to be working for this page. When clicking on the link, it shows the destination with the anchor at the end: https://dopeoutdoors.com/camping-hiking/the-top-15-best-tent-cots-reviews-and-buyers-guide/#winterial-cot, but it doesn’t go anywhere.

I tried anchoring in a test post and it worked.
