    I get the following error in the console when trying to crop an image. Error:‘
   undefined’ is not an object (evaluating ‘crop_results.thumbnails[thumb.name]’)

 * If you inspect the network traffic (in chrome or firefox, you can see this in
   the web developer tools, under the Network tab) there should be a call to `admin-
   ajax.php`, there might be several, the one that I would like to see (and debug
   information _should_ be in the response) will be the one with `pte_ajax=get-thumbnail-
   info` in the GET parameters.

 * I’m having the same error on a site, here’s the debug info:

 * Yes, debugging was enabled. I haven’t disabled other plugins to try. Also, when
   I opened Chrome console and enabled debugging, I could see and crop the image.
   After doing it successfully and closing Chrome console, it didn’t work.

 * When you say it didn’t work, could you describe that more specifically? Did the
   image on the left not appear, or did the thumbnail information not populate correctly,
   or nothing showed up at all, etc.?
