We are so sorry for this inconvenience. To make easy for users, we usually ask for enabling all features of Jetpack.
You can access a list of all Jetpack modules by following this guide:

Once you’re there, you can activate/deactivate any modules you wish. In this case, you may want to deactivate “Protect” if you no longer want to use it 🙂
Can you Switch of all the features as default
Jetpack has certain features enabled by default; ones that are most commonly used and/or that provide some amount of security for your site.
Certainly you (the user) can turn everything off, but that would rather defeat the purpose of installing it to begin with. 🙂
