# Another “Oops!” error message

 * I have installed a brand new WP website, and inserted a Google map in it, that
   should be visible here:
    [http://capdepannagehifi.be/itineraire/](http://capdepannagehifi.be/itineraire/)
 * But the map appears then disappears the next moment, with the infamous “Ooops!”
   error.
 * It looks like an API Key problem, but I have created one, and defined restrictions
   to this website.
 * I really cannot see where I went wrong…

 * OK, problem solved!
 * I had not activated the Key properly in the Library of the Google console.
    For
   the WP extension, it is the following that needs to bee activated: “Google Maps
   JavaScript API”
